What guests loved:
How it looked on the inside. It seemed like it was recently renovated/updated. Also, the front desk/reception staff were all very nice and helpful. Comfy bed. And that the reception was staffed 24/7.
Areas for improvement:
That water for drinking was not freely available. And that there weren’t electric kettles in the room, or accessible somewhere on the property, to make tea or coffee in the evening.

What guests loved:
Clean and comfortable room with a small balcony on the roof. Very nice buffet breakfast included. Convenient location 5 min walk to Gerusalemme metro station. Helpful staff.
Areas for improvement:
The AC was on all the time with a temperature setting of 22 C but the room felt much warmer than that. It didn’t bother me but it may bother someone who suffers the heat more.
